Your data will be kept for 12 months from the booking date and then safely destroyed.

• Smoking, including E cigarettes and Vapes is prohibited except within the designated area behind the pool shop “OASIS”
• Music is not permitted, as there is no music licence.
• No glass containers.
• No large inflatables, this includes the woggle swim aid.
• Dolphin / Mermaid fins are not allowed.
• The hire of the premises excludes the opening of the shop.
• The use of the onsite BBQ is free but excludes charcoal, cooking implements and the food. Bring Utensils!
• No eating or drinking in the water.
• There is NO Cancellation Fee providing the hirer cancels by telephoning the pool in good time and by 3pm on the day of evening hire period.
• The pool will be cleared of swimmers 10 minutes before the end of the hire period.
• The hirer must ensure the premises is vacated within 10 minutes of the end of the stated hire period or be charged extra at the hourly hire rate from the end of the stated finish time.
• Bookings start at 7pm Mon to Fri and at 6.30pm on Saturdays for a maximum two hours in School Term times.
• Bookings start at 6.30pm Mon to Saturdays for a maximum two hours in School Holidays times.
• Those setting up are permitted on site 30 minutes before the hire period starts.
• Payment must be made at the start of the hire period and before 6pm, due to banking procedures, by card, cash or cheque.
• Booking times outside the times mentioned above and multiple bookings may be possible but only by speaking to the Manager.
• No bookings will be taken for the summer season until after March 1st each year.
• No bookings will be taken for Sundays & Bank Holidays.
• No bookings before June 6th and after August 19th .
• No bookings from June 18th until July 1st
