The pool does not operate a booking system, payment on arrival at reception. Payment can be made by card, cash, phone or smart watch.

The prices are as entrance prices, there are no concessions.
It is open from May through to September.
Season ticket holders can access the pool from 10:00 – 10:30 within the days highlighted blue but adults only in the main pool and Children only in the Children’s Pool. This is a suggested self-regulated policy for season ticket holders to follow and it will not be enforced by the lifeguard staff.

The heat wave policy is only considered during temperatures above 27 C, please telephone the pool to find out if the policy is operating.

Season ticket holders can pre swipe for quick entry at 10:00. You can pre-pay early on these days, then be issued with Fast Track Tickets which guarantees entry at any time you return after the pool opens at 10:30 up-to 12:00 noon.
