There is only the one blue badge parking space in our small car park at the front of the main entrance, the remaining spaces are pay & display.
When the pool is open to the public, for those who struggle with long queues we suggest that you or someone with you comes to the front desk, inform us of your situation, and we will take payment for your day ticket and allow you to enter.
If you arrive Pre-Opening and find there is a queue you can do the same, but we will give you a fast-track ticket to enter at open time with the other pre-paid customers. There will be no need to wait in the queue just come back up to the entrance at our opening time or within 1 hour after opening.
When waiting we need everybody to use the same preopening queue for safety reasons, please queue down the front steps then up the road on the pavement.
Tickets can be bought at the front desk from 9:45am on the blue highlighted days and from 12 noon on yellow highlighted days (check our times).
We do not offer any concessions for spectators, people with disabilities or carers.
Fully trained assistance dogs are permitted on the premises.
Special floatation devices designed for disabled swimmers are permitted, large inflatables are not allowed, please speak with the lifeguards if you have any queries.
There is an accessible changing room with toilet facilities, a shower that has a seat to assist showering, a hair dryer and an assistance alarm.
Access into both pools can be arranged via an Oxford Dipper hoist and Ranger Chair, inform a member of staff when you require assistance.
Access for wheelchairs to the pool grounds is at our rear entrance to the pool. Please follow the plan below. Greenbank Pool is a listed building and therefore limited to the changes it is permitted to make to the premises.
Please note there is no accessible parking in the Lane used to excess the pool grounds, please avoid waiting outside as it is a private Lane.
