Accessible Parking & Access

There is only the one blue badge parking space in our small car park at the front of the main entrance, this is a pay & display space.

Greenbank Pool is a listed building and therefore limited to the changes it is permitted to make to the premises.

Access for wheelchairs to the pool grounds is at our rear entrance to the pool. Please follow the plan below. Please note there is no accessible parking in the Lane used to excess the pool grounds, as it is a private Lane.

Assistance trained dogs are permitted on the premises.

Those who find it difficult to wait in long queues can be fast tracked into the premises when open.

Please announce yourself or send someone ahead to speak to a member of staff.

We do not have spectator, carer or any discounted rates.

Special floatation devices designed for disabled swimmers are permitted, large inflatables are not allowed.

There is an accessible changing room with toilet facilities, a shower that has a seat to assist showering, a hair dryer and an assistance alarm.

Access into both pools can be arranged via a Oxford Dipper hoist and Ranger Chair. See a member of staff when you require assistance.
